The Creative Community Challenge for Fall 2022 is now complete. Thank you to everyone who submitted their delicious recipes and creative writing and art! This time around we tried something a little different: a creative community cookbook. A lot of hard work and talent went into making it, and we can’t wait to share the final result.
In the meantime, keep an eye on Luna Bakery and Cafe, where a display will be going up shortly, featuring some of the amazing work from the cookbook! Lake Erie Ink would like to extend a huge thank you to Luna, as well as to the other local chefs who participated in our latest challenge: Doug Katz of Zhug and Amba, Melissa Khoury of Saucisson, Tommy Fello of Tommy’s, Brandon Chrostowski and Shatyea of Edwins. and Bridget Thibeault of Luna Bakery and Cafe.
